I have a long history with TPT. i visited their headquarters in 2018 when they first entered the golf shaft business. My first review of the TPT Driver shafts was published in 2018. There was a restructuring of management and I lost touch until earlier this year. The USA distributor is J&S Golf. Their re-emergence into the USA market comes with a tour win by Jason Day at the AT&T Byron Nelson in 2023 playing the Nitro 15 Lo in his driver. Club fitters interested in carrying TPT shafts can send an email to info@TPTgolfshaftsusa.com.
The TPT Nitro new driver shaft comes in two models, Hi and Lo and I measured all versions of both models.

TPT makes their shafts out of carbon fiber ribbon cut from the prepreg sheets they make. The ribbon is wrapped around the shaft mandrel. The result is a seamless shaft with uniform stiffness in all orientations. That was verified in my measurement, Radial Quality, shown below. It is the best in the business.
Thin Ply Technology (TPT) shafts have double the layers of material found in typical ultra premium shafts. Prepreg tapes are wrapped on the mandrel on CNC winders. Most other shafts are hand rolled, much like cigars. TPT makes the prepreg ribbon and can orientate the fiber direction in the ribbon. That creates a uniquely new method of creating golf shafts. They can adjust shaft properties in unique ways to adjust shaft performance. I have been to the Swiss R&D site demonstrating the process of EI measurement with my instrument and software.
